Long Beech Inclosure--Register with VESPA

Directions: Meeting is at the Stoney Cross car park which is 0.8 mile along Forest Road, north-west of the Stoney Cross junction on the A31. Note that access to Forest Road is only possible on the eastbound carriageway. Also note that Stoney Cross Plain car park is a short distance further north-west; this is NOT the meeting point. From Lyndhurst access is via the Cadnum roundabout along Roger Penny Way, and then left onto Forest Road. On this route you must pass the Stoney Cross Plain car park to reach the meeting point.

This survey is being run jointly between HFRG and the New Forest Biodiversity Forum. Anyone planning to attend should register with VESPA, after which they should get invitations to register separately for each VESPA survey, including the mid-week fungus ones not included on this program.
Meting time will be provided when you register with VESPA.
In addition, please note that Forestry England have now introduced a parking charge for the New Forest and attendees will need to organise this themselves.
