Report: (Alan Lucas) The group was pleased to meet Dave, Gill and Katie again this year who were visiting from Stockport. As Eric was able to book the Osman room we thought it would be an opportunity for the group to foray in the morning and then spend the afternoon examining the specimens using our microscopes. It was a shame for the group that a very nice patch of Boletus legaliae that Eric had seen a few days earlier, and would have been quite spectacular, had passed their best apart from one small specimen. Other boletes found on the day included Boletus radicans and some Xerocomus specimens that were kept for the afternoon session. Three speices were identified, communis ,rubellus and pruinatus. Other finds of note were Mycena seynesii found by Eric on a Pine cone and three new species for the site Amanita eliae found by Alan, Podoscypha multizonata found by Jean-Paul and Lactarius ruginosus found by Mark.
